Delivery and returns
UK delivery
We deliver within the UK only for now, by tracked delivery. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
When we dispatch
Pre-orders aren't open yet. Reserve your copy and we'll email you first when they are, with the dispatch date.
Damaged copies
If your book arrives damaged, email hello@laidandwove.com with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement.
Cancellations and returns
You have a 14-day right to cancel from the day your book is delivered. You may also cancel a pre-order any time before dispatch for a full refund.
How to return a book
Email hello@laidandwove.com first with your order number. We will confirm the return address and instructions. Unless the book is damaged or faulty, you are responsible for the return postage. Please keep proof of posting. We refund the book and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that it has been sent.
