These draft terms cover UK purchases from Laid & Wove. Our legal business name, registered address and company details will be added before launch. Contact hello@laidandwove.com with any order question. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Product prices and availability are shown on the product page and confirmed at Shopify checkout. Books are zero-rated for UK VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance; if we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

A reservation is an email sign-up, not a purchase. No payment is taken and no contract to supply a book is formed. We will email you when pre-orders open.

Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout and dispatched from the stated date. If that date slips, we will email you and you may cancel for a full refund. You may cancel any time before dispatch. The 14-day cancellation right runs from delivery, not from the date you place the pre-order.

UK delivery only at launch. Books are sent by tracked delivery. Dispatch estimates are shown with the product; delivery times may vary. We remain responsible for the book until it reaches you.

To cancel, email hello@laidandwove.com with your order number. After delivery, notify us within 14 days and return the book within a further 14 days. Unless it is faulty, you pay return postage. We refund the purchase and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of sending. We may deduct for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the book.

If a book is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including a short-term right to reject within 30 days where applicable. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Our books and website content are protected by copyright. Laid & Wove is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any golf body, club or player.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. UK consumers retain the protection of mandatory local laws and may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where they live.
