Laid & Wove is an independent British publisher. We are responsible for personal information collected through this website. For privacy enquiries, email hello@laidandwove.com. Our legal business name and address will be added before launch.

We collect your email address, the title you are interested in, your sign-up source and consent wording when you join a list. Contact forms collect your name, email address and message. Orders collect contact, billing, delivery and payment information through Shopify. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

We use order information to fulfil purchases and meet legal obligations. We answer messages on the basis of our legitimate interest in helping readers. Optional email lists use your consent; unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. We do not sell your information.

Shopify processes orders and hosted checkout. Lovable Cloud/Supabase stores sign-ups and contact messages in Europe. Google Analytics is used only with your analytics consent. No Meta pixel is used. These providers may process information outside the UK under appropriate transfer safeguards.

We keep sign-up details until you unsubscribe or the list is no longer needed. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry. Order records are retained for the periods required by UK tax and accounting law. Final retention periods will be confirmed before launch.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or a copy of your information, and object to some processing. Email hello@laidandwove.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
